Claiming she was a virgin groomed and sexually traumatized by a relationship with a decades older married singer, speculation led people to realize musician #VictoriaCanal was describing the outspoken former #Beatnigs and Disposable Heroes of #Hiphoprisy frontman. Soon after fellow musicians began dropping off Franti's upcoming curated #Soulshine at Sea cruise ship bookings🚢 .

Franti himself has addressed the issue today on his #Instagram page, ( albeit sans comments enabled) posting his own pained statement just hours ago, describing a past "romantic relationship" including an apology to his wife, but without naming Canal.

Franti still has nearly half of the dates on his current "Welcome To The Family" tour to finish including these shows
