Dwenius@schmubba @mrcompletely @antifawarlord @renchap @tchambers Instead of only blocks, there could be a scoring system like strn from the Usenet era:
* problematic server -10 at server level from a shared blocklist
* good person on that same bad server +5 at user level on your instance
* unless they are droning on about the Knicks again, -3 at the keyword or hashtag level within your app or the Web interface settings
* Filter threshold -8 and below
