Very much enjoyed the colors and flavors of @labnoon vegan Iranian cooking class and can't wait to include some of these dishes into my repertoire of dishes.
As we watch Iranians in the streets fighting for their human rights, we can show support not only by sharing their posts depicting the regime's violence, but by celebrating Iranian culture in solidarity. Nothing is more unifying than food. Preparing food and eating together while learning about Iran from Sagher is joy and I believe we need to share #IranianJoy as well as bravery. Their brothers, sons and Uncles are daring to make a stand with them. No doubt they will feel the punishment when they return home away from the eyes of the world.
