Other than the official Jetpack documentation it seems very little has been written about “Social Notes”. I would have expected more buzz.

I like the Jetpack Social Notes update! While it could benefit from features like tags and comments, I find this addition to WordPress quite useful. Social Notes simplify quick short form posting (#microblogging). I think auto-publishing to my social profiles could boost engagement. If you have Jetpack Social, consider trying Jetpack Social Notes.
