Trying out a traditional recipe for Smoking Bishop (a type of mulled wine). The problem is that I've just noticed it now requires to be left for 24 hours before I add port, squeeze the fruit and strain, then heat gently and serve. I was hoping to enjoy some this afternoon. I guess I'll just have to have a beer instead.
