IvanGreat run round a very dark Slaley Forest this morning, feeling so much faster and fitter than last time thanks to the magic hands of Dawn at Canine Mechanics!
Dad says: he's running faster for longer, recovering quicker, and no noticeable limp at the end. It's taken years off him. Thanks, Dawn!
Nice run out with @ivan_t_dog plus friends this morning, along the edge of Slaley Forest and onto Blanchland Moor.
Good to get out, see the colours at sunrise, and blow away some of the Perimerrymas cobwebs.
Ivan was on particularly good form, but might've overdone it a bit as he's limping now. Short gentle walks until he's recovered.

Great turnout for this morning's Geordie Canisports social run in Slaley Forest. 14 humans, 16 dogs, that's a lot of legs and feet. @ivan_t_dog was on top form, despite my concerns that yesterday's ~12km walk might have tired him out too much.
