Having a shitty lawyer at trial can make a huge difference in the verdict. The first E. Jean Carroll trial ended with a verdict of 5 million dollars. The second ended with a verdict of 83.3 million dollars. Why? The difference is that in the second trial, Habba was leading the charge.
Not gonna lie, I don't see why Trump won't eventually sue her for malpractice. She was **COMPLETELY** out of her depth in court. She did not even know how to produce documents as evidence. I think she got her degree from the Hollywood school of law.
