Sherman Irby (March 24, 1968-) is a Jazz alto saxophonist, Floutist, and clarinetist. He has served as Regional Director for JazzMasters Workshop, an artist-in-residence for Jazz Camp West and runs Black Warrior Records. He’s been a member of The Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra since 2005 and is known for his unique style of leading a song with an alto sax.
