My theory about the Rudy Guilliani settlement:
Remember when Rudy said, on live TV, that he had “insurance?”

My guess is he cashed in his “policy” with trump.

Alternate ending: (with more palace intrigue) He sold his policy to musk or Zuck for the $148 million to pay off Shay and Ruby and keep his shit.
