Great tool to debug your manually written .ics files ! https://icalendar.org/validator.html
( the #Mobilizon instance I was using went down so I started looking for a more robust way to publish events...)
How would you help non-tech friends subscribe to WebCal URLs ?
So far I've tried a couple of ways to do that: via #ICSx5 app (Android only) and via a Google account (Google only). This leaves out iOS users (yes, I do have such unfortunate friends too).
For hacker friends I know what to suggest to subscribe, just ask if you need help there :)
