Seen in a sex ad:
"I am interested in women/AFAB folks (sorry dudes!)."
This is from a straight guy... who apparently does not realize that trans *men* are AFAB.
Seen in a sex ad:
"Down to fuck?
Seeking a serious and committed relationship that may potentially lead to marriage."
This is it. This is the entirety of the "offer" and the user's profile is blank.
Ah, yes. Your opening, "down to fuck?" totally screams serious, committed, and marriage to me.
(ETA: this ad has been deleted, and the user is no longer in the system. Probably was a scam.)
There's a couple in these here parts that keep posting sex ad after sex ad, in fairly close succession. They want another couple to join them, and they seem to keep failing at it.
Note that I've got *nothing* against their desires.
However, the frequency at which they post is troubling. Their previous post in the same forum was 3 days ago!
I limit my own postings to at most once a month, and often several months go by before I post again.
I wouldn't normally make a case of it, but their last post was flat out asking where are the other couples at.
They are right there, but just not interested.
Seen in a sex ad on a BDSM site, paraphrased:
"BBQ date night!
I'm going to go for BBQ, and I'd like a woman to join me.
Oh, I won't be able to pay for your meal. Don't let it discourage you."
Yo, dude! What's in it exactly for your "date?" They are going to get the pleasure of your distinguished company, and that's it?
His profile is not expansive either, and the fact that he calls himself a "blackjack fanatic" right off the bat in his profile, coupled with the fact that he's not going to pay for his date's meal, makes me think: gambling addict.
(For the record, I don't care who pays what. Last date I had, we each paid for our own stuff. It's just that the ad and the profile are not exactly enticing to start with.)
