I have now set my management-prescribed out-of-office, rather than face disciplinary action, which doesn't tell anyone that I am on strike Monday to Thursday. #SecretStrike

My employer (which I am not naming so please don't in your replies) has instructed all staff that we must use specific wording in our out-of-office replies when we are on strike. We are not allowed to write that we are on strike.
