I'm studying #philosophy of #language for a final exam. I'm analyzing #Kripke 's Naming and Necessity conference, particularly, the refutation of #Searle 's cluster theory.

It seems to me that Kripke took advantage on the fact that Searle's theses are so ambiguous... what does he mean with "the majority of weighted properties" or a significant quantity of properties?!

Anyway, seems to me that Kripke decided to use the same level of impreciseness to easily refute the theory. Way to go! 🤣
