I finished the first draft of a new spec pilot yesterday. It’s sloppy. A mediocre execution of what I think is a pretty good idea. That’s okay. Now that I have a first draft, I can start to improve it. To punch and polish it. So this week’s #Scriptsky #Screenwriting thread is on REWRITING.

I think when it comes to writing, sometimes we put too much pressure on ourselves to write THE ONE.
