[…] Video footage of the incident posted to social media by Daily Wire's Kassy Akivashows a man accusing pro-Israeli protesters of defending genocide from an opposite street corner. There is a break in the recording, after which the man charges and tackles Hayes.
The two wrestle on the ground while Hayes' fellow protesters stomp the man's head and neck. Hayes then shoots the man in the stomach. He can be heard saying "Grab my pistol" as the video cuts out.
