Il Tempo: Celiachia, oltre i pregiudizi: conoscere la malattia per migliorare la qualità della vita

Quanto sappiamo di celiachia? Quante fake news e pregiudizi attorno a questa patologia? Maturare una sensibilità e una conoscenza sul tema, oggi, è fondamentale. Assumere comportamenti corretti sul piano alimentare, infatti, può aiutare a migliorare la qualità della vita di chi ne è affetto. Il Tempo affronta tutto questo con Jessica Rapone, responsabile del servizio dietetico di Vivenda SPA, Consorzio La Cascina.

Scalisi (Accademia Belle Arti): "Ingenious visionary project that combines past and present."

(Adnkronos) - "The Academy is a very important entity and this project reverses the axis of perspective. And this is a fundamental aspect because different subjects – business, professional orders, the mayor, and the university – are all moving towards the choice of a shared project. There needs to be a vision for the future of these territories, which depend on strategic choices that are not perceived in the short term. What we present this morning is a visionary project, that combines past and contemporary technology. The photographs of the exhibition looked at the space of memory that makes us consider places with different sensitivities and perceive how much humanity and how much technology there has been. And it is fundamental, when using technology, to put the human being at the center, remembering that the ability to intercept changes at the Academy is sublimated and that art can bring everything together.” This was said by Lina Scalisi, pro-rector of the University of Catania and president of the Academy of Fine Arts of Catania, speaking at the presentation of the project and the photographic exhibition 'In-genium. Gaze on the Past and the Future of Technology,' promoted by Maire and Fondazione Maire-ETS in collaboration with the Archaeological Park of the Colosseum and with the patronage of the Etnean University.
