If I'm going to gripe about companies here, then it's only fair to share good experiences too.
I just had to make a minor auto insurance change with #Safeco. It took me 2 text messages and 7 minutes start to finish, pretty much all of which was asynchronous on both ends.
This was the sort of change that is rare enough that they probably won't ever support it via consumer web UI, so I was going to have to talk to *someone*, and this was as pain-free as it could be.
