Asian Short Film Festival - Part II (Hong Kong Shorts) - The teens are alright - A young woman desires a fellow student. Symbolized scenes show her trying to make contact with him. Her "shadow" with an absurd fabric flower apparently stands in her way. Will she manage to overcome her fears? Interesting arty short film that wallows in an encapsulated visual language and talks about surreal symbols. Wallpaper that can't help it, bags of sweet goo in the shape of plastic flowers, purple clouds. And, this much can be revealed, a happy ending, if you like. Can be watched
