Asking the Fediverse mavens:
Anyone know how to bypass the TP-Link App's setup procedure and get to the diagnostic and firmware updating portions of their router app?
I made the mistake of setting up their BE11000 mesh system with my cell phone -- which had previously been used to set up an earlier mesh system at another location.
Now I'm shut out of my current hardware by their app which is trying to find mesh units that no longer exist.
I'm highly energy efficient, i.e., lazy, so pleez don't tell me that I need to factory reset my current equipment, delete the app from my phone and dump the app's cache and data, and start all over again.
In other words, don't tell me the truth.
Do tell me something I want to hear.
