Agi: Il Derby Roma-Lazio si giocherà domenica alle 12

AGI - Il derby Roma-Lazio si giocherà alle ore 12 di domenica prossima, 17 maggio. Lo rende noto la prefettura, al termine del vertice dopo l'invito del Tar del Lazio a raggiungere un accordo sull'orario della partita. Resta confermato il programma degli Internazionali di tennis, con la finale del singolare maschile prevista per le ore 17.

A presiedere la riunione il Prefetto Lamberto Giannini. Presenti, tra i vertici delle forze dell'ordine, anche il Questore di Roma Roberto Massucci.
Il Tar non decide e rinvia il ricorso all'Avvocatura
Il Tar del Lazio aveva rinviato all'Avvocatura dello Stato il ricorso depositato dalla Lega Serie A contro la decisione della prefettura di posticipare il derby (programmato inizialmente dalla Lega alle 12,30 di domenica) alle ore 20,45 di lunedì. La Serie A aveva presentato ricorso al Tar dopo che l'ultima proposta di anticipare il derby alle ore 12 non era stata ritenuta percorribile dalle autorità di ordine pubblico. La decisione riguarda anche le altre partite che coinvolgono le squadre in corsa Champions: Como-Parma, Genoa-Milan, Juventus-Fiorentina e Pisa-Napoli.

AGI - The Rome-Lazio derby will be played at 12 noon next Sunday, May 17th. This is announced by the Prefecture, following a meeting after the Lazio Regional Council of Appeal (TAR) requested an agreement on the match time. The schedule for the Internazionali di tennis remains confirmed, with the men’s singles final scheduled for 5 pm.

TAR Doesn't Decide and Postpones Appeal to the Public Attorney's Office
The Lazio Regional Council of Appeal (TAR) had referred the appeal filed by Serie A against the Prefecture’s decision to postpone the derby (initially scheduled for 12:30 pm on Sunday) to the State Attorney’s Office at 8:45 pm on Monday. Serie A filed the appeal after the latest proposal to move the derby to 12 noon was deemed unacceptable by the public order authorities. The decision also affects other matches involving teams competing in the Champions League: Como-Parma, Genoa-Milan, Juventus-Fiorentina, and Pisa-Napoli.
