The characters with the speech bubbles are #Zhaikes and his brother #Rhaski.
Their conversation is related to my novel. Rhaski noticed that Zhaikes' behavior around the human is suspicious to say the least, and he indulges in teasing him about it :')

The construction of standard hybrids is usually done by specialized companies, while the development of new kinds of hybrids is the task of research departments and universities.
Creating new hybrids is also considered an art form! #Rhaski (one of my OCs) loves to figure out new types and combinations with different abilities and functionalities. He is a bit like my alien version of Frankenstein~

Another sketch of #Rhaski. He is a bit of a trickster, very curious, equally cunning, but usually friendly.
He tends to get very serious on the job though. He is a scientist, doctor and inventor. He likes to create his own bio-mechanic creatures and everything surgical.
Once, he modified Laras eyes, bec she mentioned she can't see in the dark. She was not amused.

One more of those lads!
This one is called #Rhaski, nickname Rha. He is Zhaikes' (younger) brother.
The brothers are complete opposites. Where Zhaikes is the grim "poker-face" politician, Rha dislikes politics and is an outgoing, humourous person - but also very curious, like the "let me see your inner workings" type of curiosity.
And do you remember Sorrax, the banished scientist? Guess who was Rha's teacher and role model..

But be careful with #Rhaski. He is veeery curious, like the "let me see your inner workings" / scientific type of curiosity.
The relationship to their sister (#Skara) is more difficult. Skara split from the brothers for reasons too complex to explain here, but let's say, the situation is strained.

#Zhaikes and his younger siblings are the 5th generation of this family. So, currently there are only 3 of them alive.
How does Zhaikes get along with them?
The relationship to his brother (= #Rhaski) isn't smooth, but healthy. Rha is a scientist and in some ways quite the opposite of Zhaikes. Where Zhaikes is the stern "poker-face" politician, Rhaski dislikes politics and is an outgoing, humourous person.

I know, I'm far away from proper conversations in some sort of comic mode, BUT I've started to write little text snippets next to my people :) I count this as progress.
you know these two already. it's [#Rhaski], the mad doctor (ohhh he shall never read this) on the right, and [#Zhaikes] the [Azskor] on the left. and Azskor means.. well, it's a title. a responsibility. a role. and a burden.
