Here's a recent #EERC extended abstract from #GHGT about CO2 capture and storage at the the #RedTrail ethanol plant in #NorthDakota: https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=3366020

"Integrating Carbon Capture and Storage with Ethanol Production for Potential Economic Benefit"

More recent #carbonstorage #co2storage news: a second storage project in #NorthDakota (#ProjectTundra) has received the necessary permits.

This project is larger than the #RedTrail project (4 Mtpa vs 180 ktpa), but still has funding and construction hurdles to get over before injection can start (it's harder to capture #CO2 from a coal-fired power plant than an ethanol plant).
