OMG they did a Freaky Friday episode complete with racists Asian stereotypes! S1E7. I mean I was halfway joking about this show pretending to be MADE in the 80's, not just set in the 80's but this just proves my point.

I'm watching #RedOaks and it's kinda trashy. Feel like it's trying to be a show made in the 80's instead of a show set in the 80's? So much 80's nostalgia right down to the outdated gender norms.

I feel like I'm watching The Wonder Years but for my generation.

But I got so excited when I saw the MC has the exact sheet set I had as a kid! I loved those sheets, especially the leopard print! Mom even made me curtains with some of the sheets.
