Self care is resistance.

Self care is necessary in order to care for others.

Community care is part of self care.

Self care is, illogically, often communal.

It's all connected. We are not separate.

We can't care for others, or our community at large if we don't learn to take care of ourselves. But, equally, it's not cool to only care for and about ourselves.

Caring for others (especially in a culture that promotes and enforces individualism) is cool as fuck.
Caring for ourselves (especially in a culture that teaches us to hate ourselves for what we are) is also cool as fuck.

Self care is community care.
Community care is self care.
