Those moments you actually have to explain to collection agency agents that before they go through and start having 6 different phone lines call the hospital incessently and hang up 10 seconds later, just to call again. Because someone put the hospital as their point of contact for debt collection. That infact, the lines going to this number are EMERGENCY SERVICES, and that could they please take that into consideration before sicking the auto-dialers on me?
Oh and the fact that you will be directly responsible for someones death if you do. And that i am unable to access any pertinent hr records as that would breach hospital privacy and i have no access to them as such.
