Mistigram: this specimen from #ANSIart prehistory, a spin on #GeorgeHWBushβs memorable 1988 Presidential campaign pledge (#ReadMyLipsNoNewTaxes), was drawn by ANSI innovator #NoelGamboa, presumably sometime in the late β80s or early β90s, to discourage drama on ANSI echomail discussion forums on networked BBSes. We included it in our 2019 NOEL_GAMBOA retrospective of his influential ANSI art career.
