Got a new boss this month. Yesterday we had our first meeting just them and me. This to get to know each other (they are doing this with all my colleagues too).
The first question was "Who are you?" And I am sooo lucky to have a workplace where I can start with "I am a polyamorous, queer person..." and those are good things that people also understands 💖
It was a lovely meeting and I look forward to se how my relationship with this boss develops.
