Mention of the #humidity in previous toot - yesterday in the early evening I mopped the kitchen floor and it took FOUR HOURS to dry. It'll have to stay dirty for a while (apart from wiping around catfood area and cleaning up if they bring in a packed lunch, of course): I can't have the path to the kettle blocked.

The forecast for today was sunshine and 40C; it's cloudy and only 30C. Shame the gardener looked at the météo yesterday and cancelled.
