We're back!
Completely fuzzed-brain from minimal sleep in the last 24-ish hours, but home safely.
And the cat food made it through biosecurity! Though we seem to have been mostly forgiven already - though more scritches will no doubt be required shortly...
Just processing the medical mystery that is Her Impurrial Highness Purrincess Nami...
Took her to the vet for a round of drainage today. They drained between 1 and 1.5L of fluid from her abdomen. 😱
(Yes, you read that correctly)
No wonder the poor dear has been looking so swollen and uncomfy.
She is now looking slim and streamlined.
Our fingers are very firmly crossed that she doesn't rush to refill herself.
And we still don't know why her body is doing this...

P.S. Her Impurrial Highness is doing much better after having her cyst drained. We know that's only a temporary fix, but it is a repeatable one.
