Snapchat's decided that your incredibly niche F1 debates and reality TV obsessions deserve a public stage with 'Topic Chats'. Because what's more "private social network" than a global forum? I'm sure this won't devolve into chaos immediately. Right?

Those who stand to benefit from the most (in this case, future residents) from a change in #policy (in this case, increasing housing options) are necessarily excluded from participation.
It's the (unenviable) task of #planning staff to counter that bias, and ToCH's have done an admirable job.
