I was looking through my old #ProComm directory while testing it under #DOSBoxX and found my old #CompuServe ID embedded in an ASP script. Neat! I couldn’t remember the last 4 digits and now I know!

Grr... Terminalemulation under DOS seems to be hit and miss. ¬.¬

Procomm won't scroll when you place a char at 80,24 but won't do all VTxxx/ANSI codes. Invers is ignored.

Term95, part of Norton Commander, scrolls when you write to the last column in the last row but at least will follow the invert command as it uses ANSI.SYS. ~But ANSI.SYS uses DOS colors and not VT colors.~

@joe Thanks. I’ve been meaning to join up with a #TechComm or #ProComm scholar to explore audience reactions to that approach empirically. That will have to wait until post-tenure, however
