@wood5y Volunteers risking their lives for adults who behave like small children?
It must be satisfying to rescue people who have got into difficulty in spite of preparation, but these? Rescue teams ought to be able to fine them to cover the costs and fund new equipment. And charge for compulsory training for caught-being-daft hillwalkers.
Dammit, even I have emergency equipment in the car, and I don't walk anywhere. <\end_rant>
