Bad news from Chile.

How bad depends on whether Kast turns out to be a "measured, reasonable, sensible, and common-sense, plain-old conservative and traditional right-wing leader" on the one hand or, on the other, a far right authoritarian in the style of Bolsonaro in Brazil, Orbán in Hungary, and Trump in the USA.
