His focus on the Sabbath is one of rest for toiling millions, as opposed to the stereotypical practice of modern “Sabbatarians”, who advocate an exhausting, original production of home worship, before or after church on Sunday.

This explanation of why "BSky is better at filling your feed with content" than the #fediverse doesn't make sense. Both #Bluesky and fedi can be used for "just posting into the void". Both of them can also be used for engagement and require effort to "connect with people".

Hell there's a long-time (i.e. lasted longer than the average fedi server) #Postmill instance called #jstpst (https://jstpst.net/) that is literally for "just posting into the void" and it's a lot tinier than fedi

I'm really starting to hate these "cultural explanations"

Many crises in the world overwhelm all sorts of people, including Christians. Would Christ taketh that done to these as done to himself?

I really should begin using Senkai more.. Maybe I should make it a true aggregator of #Touhou resources, 'cuz after all #Postmill is a link aggregator. Perhaps I could start with each forum being the name of a boss theme (like f/CompleteDarkness for Mima's "Complete Darkness") and fill it with submissions linking to fanmade arranges of said theme. People can also vote up which arranges they like too and we could have a representative sample of what Touhou fans like
