I have thought for years that taxis and the like have difficulty finding my place because it's on a corner, facing the *other* street and not my address-street. That may still be part of it, but the other part may simply be that it is not on Street View and that confuses the heck out of people.

(No, I am NOT going to have my house put back on Street View.)
