Der Verlag Plotbunny Games lässt gerade ein Crowdfunding für ein „Ermittlungs-Erzählspiel“ laufen. Titel:

Detektei Monster

Hier der Klappenteasertextelevatorpitch

Ihr seid Monster, die gemeinsam eine Detektei betreiben. Zusammen habt ihr schon viele spannende Fälle gelöst. Könnt ihr auch den neuesten Fall aufklären und eurer Auftraggeber*in helfen?
Detektei Monster ist ein Ermittlungs-Erzählspiel, in dem der Fall, die Spuren und Hinweise sowie die Lösung im Spielverlauf durch eure Antworten auf zufällig gezogene Fragen entstehen.
Im ersten Teil des Spiels entwickelt ihr eure Monster, die Detektei, eure Auftraggeber*in und den neuen Fall. Im zweiten Teil findet eure Ermittlung statt, und ihr versucht, den Fall zu lösen.

Es ist ein One-Shot für 2 – 6 Spieler und auch für Kinder geeignet. Ihr braucht nur noch einen Satz Karten.

Nun bin ich nicht *der* Rollenspieler und hier auf dem Blog lest ihr davon auch eher weniger, warum also jetzt dies? Ganz einfach: die wunderbare Fuchskind macht die Bilder dafür und die Stretch Goals sind (unter anderem) „Bonuszahlung an alle Freelancer*innen, die am Projekt mitarbeiten“ und „Noch eine Bonuszahlung an die Freelancer*innen“. Anders als bei vielen anderen Projekten, wo Zuarbeitende einen festen Satz für ihre Arbeit bekommen und ein „mehr“ an Funding „nur“ dem Projekt selber zu gute kommt, bekommen hier alle beteiligten mehr Taler in die Tasche je erfolgreicher das ganze ist.

Und das finde ich großartig.

Danger Belt, Kobra P.I.

A Story about a dangerous smart cobra working as an Private Investigator. It's never revealed if it is a real cobra or an anthropomorphic Person, might be a bit challenging to not write things that reveal it. He tries carefully to avoid the letter S or speaks it in a very weird way.🤔

All characters are described in a way that would fit to an animal or a person...

Big Bad Evil Guy: "There is a snake between us." The camera pulls away from the group revealing Danger sitting between them in a clever disguise.

Idea for a super hero story.

The hero figure is a Drag queen or king, at the beginning a closed up trans* person that later come to terms with their "hobby of dressing up as a powerful colorful crime fighting icon" being a way to cope with their feelings and especially gender dysphoria. After realizing that they unlock a secret hidden power in themself to transform into a magical superhero unleashed in a Sailor Moon like cross play transformation going to the opposite from their original drag art identity while they shouting "Drag On!" transforming back by gently whispering "Drag Off."*
They might have a Cis gender twin.

I am sorry if this is already done by someone else.. realistically I don't see myself ever doing this story maybe as a side character...😅
How do I put a dragon into that mix just because I can?🤔

For quite some time I have very bad pun Stories in mind that have characters and titles, concepts etc that are clear hints or pins about the original.
One thing I just came in with for my animal mutant cyberpunk story (inspired by Bebop and Rock steady from the 1980 early 1990 Teenage Mutant Hero/Ninja Turtles animated series) my brain just remembered the show Robot Chicken and now I'm stuck with Cyberpunks (the IP not Genre) Boostergangs as Rooster gangs...
Sometimes it just hurts to live inside my head because now I see brutal cock fights between Inspector Gadget like tuned Chickens organized as street gangs... (Coocoo Gadgeto Wings)
Giving Turf war a new meaning I guess...

If someone wants to adopt Cy-boaks organized in Roostergangs that fight each other for something take it. I will probably never make anything serious out of it.
