Well, for anyone out there wondering what did the #RoArmy do when first alerted about a #drone crashing in the woods on the #Romanian shore of the #Danube:
A couple of soldiers shown up in an Army SUV, walked away for around 20 meters, found nothing and returned. That's it. That's the investigation they did.
The #mayor of #Ceatalchioi - the village where the #drone was found - said that he's been alerting the authorities for a full month already. He was the one who eventually found the #drone wreckage.
Thank God there are still competent people somewhere despite not where needed.
Now the government said that #RO-ALERT emergency notifications will be sent to people's smartphones whenever attacks start on #Ukrainian Danube ports. That's very helpful for everyone living in the villages of #Ceatalchioi #Plauru and others on the shore of the Danube River, only 200 m away from these ports, who lies below poverty and mainly does agriculture and fishing to sustain themselves (which is roughly ~100% of the residents). I still wonder what's the solution if these drones fall on their houses or for those people that are poor and don't have a smartphone. But we're slowly getting there. 👍

Local residents complain that Russian drones attacking the port in Izmail are flying over their houses. Earlier the week, the wreckage of a Russian drone was found in this area.
