I’m amazed at the impact a more #vegan diet has had on my #health! 🌱 I started this journey in mid-March, and in just three months, my cholesterol levels have improved. My total cholesterol dropped from 214 to 159, and my LDL from 137 to 95. Triglycerides are down too, from 167 to 95! Even though I’m still figuring out the best vegan options, these early results are incredibly encouraging.
