Sometimes I find wasps who have recovered from injuries. This one lost one of her legs, but she seems to have healed OK. (the scars always go black)

Just found out that some of the small #UgandaWasp I've ignored because they are not #Pimplinae..

.. are actually Pimplinae. Why do so many TBW (Tiny Black Wasps) look identical⁉️

Means I have to check ~60 samples again, to get all of genus Eruga out 🤷

All black-winged #UgandaWasp that look like this are braconids. Except now I found one that's #Pimplinae!

So.. I'm going to have to double-check every one, aren't I? And hope I haven't missed too many up to now.

This #UgandaWasp sample is something else 😮 !

Full of #Uganda spider parasitoids, Microgastrinae, #Pimplinae / #Banchinae etc to pin.. and I've barely sorted 1/4 of it.

Came from next to a huge tree, in a clearing trampled by #elephants 🐘
