KevDoes anyone else have trouble toggling the Quality of Picarto Streams?
My (available type of) internet cannot handle the default 720p - I used to be able to toggle the quality down to 480p but that option has been missing for me and other chatters in this one particular stream (and I'll be honest, the only stream I watch on Picarto so I don't know if this happens on other streams on the same service), even my phone data struggles with the load.
Has anyone else run into this problem?
IS it a problem on Picarto's end or did the streamer accidentally change a setting to only be the Best Quality Always?
