The police raid of the #MarionCountyRecord was absolutely outrageous and a clear overreach.
At the same time, it seems just as clear that the reporter, #PhyllisZorn,, who downloaded #KariNewell's driving record broke the law in doing so.
"I needed to corroborate the information a source gave me" is not actually a legitimate justification for breaking the law.
The Record should fire Zorn and anyone who knew about and approved her actions.
