In preparation for my military retirement next year, I have been collecting & evaluating all of my medical records to maintain a #PersonalHealthRecord.

Here's my entire medical history in one graph.

Gray = Documents (large ones are aggregate records/summaries)
Orange = Providers
Red = Medications
Blue = Facilities
Purple = Procedures
Red = Symptoms, Conditions, Diagnoses

While digging through all this, I found a couple surprises and recalled lots of old memories.
