The „Screen Light Prints“ are several series of analogue prints compiled since 2020. All are analogue, unique copies developed with an experimental technique to transfer digital imagery from the screen directly to light-sensitive photo paper. This procedure generates blurred, inverted, phantom-like images. Format and content of the images reveal that they evolve from the incessant everyday stream of digital data on our screens.
Like vague memories burned into the retina, they seem to ask if pictures can still be captured today without immediately being swallowed by the next.
