People clapped during the pandemic but that doesn't help with the 26% of pay they've lost from not getting pay rises over the past few years. Some are having trouble being able to afford the transport costs to get to work as their pay works out at £14 an hour. The BMA have set up a #StrikeFund here if you can help.

We've lost our #NHS and many excellent staff, but still the media want to promote the government nonsense.
Last week the govt admitted they had to burn £1 billion worth of unusable PPE but they can't afford to pay NHS staff a decent wage.
