Pattern Keeper cross-stitchers - if you are doing a pattern, and it has a stitched background color you don't plan to stitch, do you mark those stitches off before you start, or do you just ignore them? I'm thinking I may have made the wrong choice.

What do you like to see in your purchased cross-stitch patterns?

- whole chart on one page as well as multiple pages large enough for printing?
- one PDF with both of the above, or two separate PDFs?
- a fancy cover page or just barebones charts?
- compatible with #PatternKeeper already checked?

Anything I'm forgetting?
