Fecking heck it's 2025 and baseball bats is still the best tool to deal with printers.

For the first time in a long time we needed to print something. Shocking we do have working and enough ink and we found a pack of paper.

Yet, I still have to go into the command prompt to restart print spooler and/or kill it from the service list. I hope I don't have to reinstall the drivers (like the last time) to get Mickey$oft Windows to stop sending a stuck print job again and again from the windows print queue, that I've cancelled/deleted already, as soon as we turn on the printer and laptop.

Waterstones on Kings Road has a whole dump of Boris Johnson’s “Unleashed” hardbacks under the table. What a waste of paper & ink. No doubt they will be pulped in a few weeks/months(?)
