Probably a false memory, but the last time I remember watching Penn St in the Rose Bowl it was c. 1994/5 and Keith Jackson said, "And here's the unit everyone's come to see - the Penn St offense."

And Ki-Jana Carter took the handoff on the 1st play and ran 90+ yards to the house.
