I have spent the last few months fighting with the fact that DuckDB will not take documents that are not in UTF-8, and that Oracle SQL Developer doesn't export to CSV in UTF-8.
Today I found out that there is setting right there in the export dialog that allows me to output to UTF-8. I am both so frustrated and extremely happy.
