the secret sauce of setting up a digital collaborative environment is to encourage and facilitate others' contribution to ones vision *without* requiring a 1on1 meetings.

Digital space is practically unlimited, but time isn't. Whoever can get the most contributions from other coworkers on her/his/their vision is running the biggest department.
