Hello my #running friends. Sorry to have disappeared! As my knee issues continued and my running often discontinued, I decided I needed a little break from the Fediverse. Sigh.
The issue appears to be tendonitis; it is just slow healing, even with PT. Trying to balance resting with the physical and mental health benefits (and needs) that come from running, Biking is better--low impact--and doing some of that, too. Anyway, hoping to get back here more, and more often. #OneFootInFrontOfTheOther
